Lemon pie
This is a trail near us that you can ride all the way to Tech. Joel and I had taken a bike ride when the leaves were changing and it was absolutly gorgeous, so I thought I'd go for a walk with a friend and take pictures then. It was a big suprise to see that the majority of the leaves had fallen off but it was still a pretty walk.

This is what we do at the bakery & it looks so beautiful. My pie was a little larger. I forgot to buy a pan at the store so I used one of my glass pie dishes which turns out to be a lot larger.

Joel and I dug in before it had time to cool. Big mistake, it got a little runny so we put it in the frig and "patiently" waited. Boy was that hard. Actually this is Joels favorite so he was the one that had a hard time waiting. :)

I love zesting lemons with this zester. The kitchen smells so good.

I only get Thanksgiving day off :( and I'm holding my breath on how busy we're going to be for Christmas. We've already started making cute Ginger bread boys (sooo cute) and a interresting looking bread that I cant pronounce.
