Like the main picture at the top of our blog this one was a part of a set of beautiful portraits that Kristina Rose took. She's a great photographer that did our family portraits before we moved.  I absolutley love them. It just makes we want to go back and do some more!  So to keep your curiosity going every now and then I'll post one for you to enjoy. Thank you Kristina for great memories!

Thanks Daddy!

We have a great fenced in backyard for Hailey to run around in so we've been looking for just the right item for her to play on. This swing set looked perfect for us and small enough to move around the yard. It is so hot we had to put it together in the garage out of the sun.

Hailey was very excited to see this and was more than happy to give daddy a hand.WHOOAAAA she says!

Was it worth it? ABSOLUTELY!! I love that smile and we got a clap too.She did really well on this swing even though it was a little hard for her. I went back the following week and got her a bucket swing for her to be a little more comfy.If you notice the towel under her, it was so hot that the plastic would have burned her little legs so we had to put her on the towel to swing and slide. Gotta love this heat :( I can't wait for winter!!!!

On the road

We enjoyed the beach and had a great time with families but it was time for daddy to check in and start his new job. That meant yet another bed and more changes. I must say if there was an award for best kiddo when traveling Hailey would get it. Not only did everything she knew and loved change but she started cutting more teeth and had to sleep in a new bed several times in our 2 weeks. She did great.  This smile said it all.
