Next stop the BEACH!
I could hardly wait to get there. If I could live anywhere it would be here. I love the smell of the salty air and the relaxed atmosphere. This trip went a little different. I had visions of Hailey playing on the beach until we dragged her out. NOPE! that sooo wasn't the case. Our first day Hailey nearly had heart failure when she saw the huge waves. She kept pointed back to the car. So we do not have many beach pictures.
On this picture Hailey was taking daddy back to the truck. ALL DONE!
Her favorite spot to play while at the beach, Joel's new truck. She loves to play in the back so that's what we did. We sat in a cool spot while she played her little heart out.
This was the really fun day. We found out that the pier was having kids fishing day contest. Unfortunatly Hailey was too young so mommy took one for the team. Oh, no I didn't count either but I had fun anyway. I caught a flounder, several croakers and spot. We even saw a hammer head shark only a few feet away from where we were fishing. In my book wayyyyy too close to the swimmers. Hailey had no fear on the pier. She loved touching the fish and even threw one back in the water for us. She even attempted to go over herself. Thanks Eugene for a really fun day!
Once again pointing to our things so we could go back. 
We had a lot of fun hanging out at the beach. Hailey enjoyed staying clean more than she did making sand castles. I could have stayed on the pier all day fishing if it wasn't so hot. Joel just enjoyed spending time running around with Hailey.
